Patient Portal Representative - Yuma Clinic
Responsible for assisting patients to enroll in the patient portal and answer any questions pertaining to the function and capability. Ability to approach, greet & encourage patients to enroll members within our Patient Portal. Able to prioritize duties/tasks according to importance. Performs other duties as assigned. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Sending an electronic message into the system to demonstrate the systems functionality. Assist in the patients on how to view their medical records within the application. Communication between the MA's to electronically send patient plans & patient education directly there the patient portal application. Collecting vital patient information; entering demographic information throughout the application process. Utilizes available community resources by orientating/referring patients to other outside agencies as needed. Knowledgeable and able to perform functions in NexGen, electronic health records systems and any other web-based programs necessary for position. Works well with other team members. HS Diploma or GED required. Must have a Fingerprint Clearance Card or obtain one with 5 days of employments.
