Job Description

The Patient Access Center Representative (PAC Rep) is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting patients over the phone with scheduling across all departments and clinics within Sunset Community Health Center (SCHC). This position will relay medical information and/or medical information requests to the appropriate parties.  The PAC Rep is responsible for creating a caring and receptive patient experience while promoting an effective and efficient scheduling and communication process.  High school diploma or general education degree (GED).  Minimum of one year clerical experience.  Basic commuter and data entry skills required.  Previous call center experience preferred. Must obtain a fingerprint clearance card and be able to successfully pass a background investigation. If not already obtained, Fingerprint Clearance card application must be submitted within 5 business days of employment.
